At the moment, if you clicked that link in your Gmail SSB, it would just open a new Chrome window within the Gmail SSB. Unfortunately this is a known issue in Chrome and has yet to be addressed. It come bundled with extensions for all the major browsers. 1Password can create strong, unique passwords for you, remember them, and restore them, all directly in your web browser. 1Password is one of the Apps on my Mac that I use the most.
